Orders are dispatched on weekdays; please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. Tracking details are sent automatically once an order is fulfilled. If there's an unexpected delay, we'll let you know. International shipping (including USA) will be introduced in a later phase.
Returns & Refunds
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Contact info@fieldguard.co.za within 30 days of purchase to request a return.
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing fault or defect within the applicable return period, FIELDGUARD will arrange for the product to be collected and will either replace the product or refund the purchase price.
If you wish to exchange or return an item due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or another non-defect reason, you're responsible for returning the item to FIELDGUARD Once the returned product is received and accepted, FIELDGUARD will send the replacement at FIELDGUARD's cost. Products returned for non-defect reasons should be unused, undamaged and in suitable condition for return.
