Suppressor Cover

Important — Read Before Use

The FIELDGUARD Suppressor Cover is a moulded silicone sleeve designed to protect a rifle suppressor (silencer) from knocks, scratches and handling wear, to reduce contact-heat transfer to the user and gear, to reduce heat mirage over the sight picture, and to add grip. It is intended for hunting and deliberate, spaced precision-rifle shooting by a competent, licensed firearm owner.

Not For

This product is not designed or rated for, and must not be used during:

  • Rapid fire, rapid-succession strings, or "mag dumps".
  • Fully automatic or burst fire of any kind.
  • Sustained, high-volume or continuous shooting.
  • Competitive or training drills involving rapid repeated shots in a short period.
  • Any military, law-enforcement tactical, or full-auto application.

Using the cover outside its intended use can cause the suppressor and the cover to overheat, degrade, deform or fail, and may damage equipment or cause injury.

Heat & Safety

  • The suppressor and cover become very hot during use. Never touch a hot suppressor or cover with bare skin. Allow full cooling before handling or removing.
  • The cover reduces heat transfer and heat mirage; it does not eliminate them and is not fireproof or heatproof.
  • Do not fit or leave the cover on a suppressor that is already hot.
  • Keep away from open flame and direct heat sources.
  • Never use the cover as an indicator that a suppressor is safe to touch.
  • Always follow safe firearm-handling practices. The cover does not change how the firearm or suppressor must be operated.

Fitment & Trim-to-Fit

  • Fit only the correct size for your suppressor diameter and ensure the cover is fully and securely seated before use.
  • If trimming the intended trim-to-fit section, cut carefully and conservatively. Over-trimming or a loose fit can cause the cover to move or come off.
  • The cover must not obstruct the muzzle, suppressor exit, sights or any moving part of the firearm. Ensure full clearance before shooting.
  • Check fit and condition before every use. Do not use a cover that is torn, split, deformed, melted or loose.

Care & Cleaning

  • Clean with mild soap and water only, then air dry.
  • Do not use solvents, petrol, acetone, brake or gun-cleaning chemicals, oils, thinners, bleach or abrasive cleaners. These may degrade the silicone.
  • Do not machine wash, oven dry or expose to direct high heat to clean.
  • Store away from direct sunlight, solvents and sharp objects when not in use.

No Modification

Do not modify, cut down beyond the intended trim-to-fit section, glue, paint or otherwise alter the cover. Doing so may make it unsafe and may void warranty cover.

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for owning, licensing and using your firearm and suppressor lawfully in your jurisdiction. This product does not grant any right to own or use a firearm or suppressor.

Scope / Optics Cover

Important — Read Before Use

The FIELDGUARD Scope / Optics Cover is a moulded silicone cover designed to help shield the objective or ocular end of a rifle scope, binocular or compatible optic from rain, snow and direct sunlight, while helping reduce glare and allowing quick access to the optic. It is a protective accessory and does not replace the optic manufacturer's own safety, care or transport instructions.

Protection Limits

  • The cover helps shield the lens area from rain, snow and direct sun; it does not make the optic waterproof, impact-proof, dust-proof or damage-proof.
  • It is not a hard protective case and is not intended to protect an optic from drops, crushing, severe impact or improper transport.
  • Do not rely on the cover as the sole protection for an optic during transport or storage.
  • The cover must never interfere with the safe operation of the firearm, scope, mounts, controls or moving parts.

Sizing & Fitment

Sizing is based on the outside diameter of the scope / optic body, not the advertised lens size:

  • Small: 38–45 mm outside diameter.
  • Medium: 46–56 mm outside diameter.
  • Large: 57–70 mm outside diameter.
  • For objective-end use, maintain at least 1.5 mm clearance between the fitted cover and the rifle barrel.

Always measure the actual outside diameter of the scope or optic at the intended fitment point. Fit only the correct size and ensure the cover is securely seated before use.

Safe Use

  • Before firing, confirm that the cover does not obstruct the muzzle, barrel, action, scope controls, mounts, sight picture or any moving part.
  • Check the fit and condition before every use. Do not use a cover that is torn, split, permanently stretched, deformed or loose.
  • When rotating or positioning the cover as a sunshade or glare shield, ensure it remains secure and does not interfere with your sight picture or safe firearm handling.
  • Do not use the cover as a carrying handle, lifting point or attachment point for other equipment.

Care & Cleaning

  • Clean with mild soap and water only, then air dry.
  • Do not use solvents, petrol, acetone, aggressive gun-cleaning chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaners. These may damage or degrade the silicone.
  • Do not machine wash, oven dry or expose the cover to direct high heat.
  • Store clean and dry, away from sharp objects and chemicals.

No Modification

Do not cut, puncture, glue, paint or otherwise modify the cover. Modification can affect fit, performance and durability and may void warranty cover.

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for the lawful ownership and use of your firearm and optic in your jurisdiction. This product does not change or replace any legal, safety or manufacturer requirements applicable to the firearm or optic.

10-Year Warranty & Limitation of Liability

FIELDGUARD scope / optics covers are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect sizing or fitment, stretching, tearing, cutting or other modification, chemical damage, deliberate damage, loss, or damage to the firearm or optic.
