Refund policy

Customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase may contact info@fieldguard.co.za within 30 days of purchase to request a return.

Manufacturing Faults / Defects: If a product has a confirmed manufacturing fault or defect within the applicable return period, FIELDGUARD will arrange for the product to be collected and will either replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: If a customer wishes to exchange or return an item because of incorrect size selection, change of mind or another non-defect reason, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to FIELDGUARD. Once the returned product has been received and accepted, FIELDGUARD will send the replacement item to the customer at FIELDGUARD's cost.

Products returned for non-defect reasons should be unused, undamaged and in suitable condition for return.
